December 11, 2014: Giving My Hair Away

I’m all about giving back and not about giving up! I didn’t want to give anything else to cancer, so I decided to have my long hair cut off and donated to Locks of Love. We would discover after cutting my hair that Locks of Love actually charges young cancer patiences for their wigs. I didn’t like that, so my husband looked up other places that took hair. He said Pantene sounded like the better deal and said he sent it off to them. I just wanted to give back in some way. I hope my hair will bring a smile to a little girl some day.

Thanks to the support of my husband and my hair stylist, Alaina. We all cried, but we all made it through it!
