April 19, 2015: Abraxane Round #5

Things have gone so much better with this round of chemo. I won’t tell you the side effects are gone because that would be a lie, but they are so dramatically mild that I can’t complain.

Julie, the attacking joint pain has started much later tonight and so far (fingers crossed) it’s also been much milder. I’m hoping your stuff (Mangosteen) is the magic potion I’ve been needing. So far, it’s worked better than anything else I’ve tried. Tomorrow and Tuesday¬†will be the real test.

We’ve had Micaiah, our grandbaby, this weekend. He’s always a joy to have. There’s something so special about a grandbaby.

Our daughter went to a high school baseball game with a friend yesterday. We all survived the high wind thunderstorm last night. JT spent the entire day fishing today. Pablo & Chelsye came over for much of the afternoon. It has seemed like a mostly normal weekend if you take out fatigue. That seems to be the side effect that keeps on giving.

I pray y’all have a great week.

Zephaniah 3:17 – The LORD your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing.
